Tue - March 19, '18 still on detail, rain all day. write to Berniece this evening.read awhile and go to bed Wed - March 20, '18 still it rains. wash clothes this afternoon, got a letter from B_ and answered it. went to the train. come back & go to bed, also got a box of stationary from B. today. Thu - March 21, '18 Poured down rain. hauling all day. Went to the Y.M.C.A. this evening, where the Amphion Society of Seattle sang. |
Fri - March 22, '18 pouring down rain. no lights on account of the storm. nothing much to do all day. write to B_ this evening. Sat - March 23, '18 get thru at the Q.M. corp. about 9:30 come back and write to mother and read until noon. after dinner I wash clothes and go to a dance this evening. Sun - March 24, '18 got an awful cold. a fellow from the depot brigade that I knew in Portland came over a while. I write to Berniece & go to bed. |
